The Mark is a luxury high-rise condominium development in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. The different units in the building feature amazing views of the city, while giving the sense of an urban, downtown style of living. Each spec or model unit we designed took on a different character or feel. One of the models features a warm palette of browns, sage greens and mustard golds and has a more natural appearance about it. The other model features many rich, bold colors and has almost a retro spin on the style of furnishings. Each space was designed for a hip, urban lifestyle while still keeping things very comfortable.  The spec units each feature a different design style as well. One is mimicking a true, loft-style space with concrete and metal ceilings and modern colors and textures, while the others bring a softer contemporary style using more neutral colors and natural textures and materials.
