STACY CHARTER SCHARF, ASID, NCIDQ
Ms. Scharf holds an Associates Degree in Interior Design from Scottsdale Community College and a BS in Business Management from Arizona State University. She has been a valued designer with Est Est, Inc. for eleven years. Ms. Scharf leads a great deal of residential, commercial and hospitality projects throughout the US, as well as Mexico. Her work has been highlighted various times in such publications as 101 North and Arizona Foothills. Ms. Scharf has also made numerous appearances on “Cool House” on the local FOX morning news show. She has comprehensive technical skills, creativity, industry knowledge, and an outstanding ability to listen to and understand what her client’s objectives are. All of these abilities, along with a positive and vibrant personality, make Ms. Scharf a genuine asset to her clients and to Est Est.

ELAINE ALEXANDER, Allied ASID
Ms. Alexander is a graduate of Rider College and also holds a Professional Designation from UCLA in Design. Before joining Est Est, she worked for another reputable firm for ten years. Ms. Alexander has been a leading team member with Est Est for five years and spearheads a number of residential and commercial projects. Ms. Alexander brings a diverse creative background to the design field, including working in film production, costume styling, and clothing design for Ralph Lauren. Her projects have been showcased in numerous publications including, Phoenix Home & Garden and Arizona Home. Ms. Alexander continues to demonstrate her versatile creativity, while keeping a strong hold on her worldly eye for design, functionality and longevity. She receives great praise for her work throughout the design community, and was recently awarded an ASID excellence award for one of her corporate office projects.

VICKIE RICHIE, Allied ASID
Ms. Richie graduated with high honors from Scottsdale Community College with an Associate Degree in Interior Design. She has been an essential member of the Est Est team for nine years and has provided leadership on various projects, both residential and commercial. Her experience and knowledge from prior endeavors has helped her continue to demonstrate a creative depth at Est Est that transcends the usual, giving her work a unique flavor. In her free time, she continues to show community leadership by donating her time and design skills to the Scottsdale City Design Showcase. Ms. Richie’s work has been featured in numerous local publications and she has appeared on “Cool House” for the local FOX morning news show. The complete combination of her design abilities, industry knowledge, attention to detail, organization, and genuine kind disposition make her standout in the design profession.

STACY MEISTERHEIM
Ms. Meisterheim holds an Associate Degree in Interior Design from Scottsdale Community College, where she received Phi Theta Kappa recognition and high honors. She has been a leading team member with Est Est for nine years and has been a key figure in many residential and commercial projects across the US. Ms. Meisterheim’s work was recently showcased in Arizona Foothills, Phoenix Home & Garden, and Style Magazine. Before joining Est Est, she owned her own furnishings and accessories business, and worked as a set designer for television and conference shows. Ms. Meisterheim’s unique ability to create a desired mood and promote a positive image translates very well into the interior design discipline. She also demonstrates an innate skill to look at a simple design and give it that extra touch that sets it apart.

JULIE WHITE, ASID, NCIDQ
Ms. White holds a BS in Interior Design from Arizona State University’s School of Architecture and Design. For over seven years, she has been a key member of our design staff. Ms. White provides leadership and guidance on numerous residential and commercial projects nationwide. Her work has recently been highlighted in several publications, including Estates West and Arizona Foothills. She possesses outstanding drafting and technical skills, along with a great depth of knowledge in AutoCAD. Ms. White is very diligent and extremely meticulous. She works very well under pressure and is able to troubleshoot potential challenges, and develope unexpected solutions. Ms. White has excellent communication skills, which builds a great level of trust and respect from her clients and peers.

KACIE MOORE, ASID, NCIDQ
Ms. Moore obtained a BS in Interior Design from Arizona State University’s School of Architecture and Design. She has been a valued member of our design team for more than seven years. Ms. Moore continues to further her knowledge and standing in her chosen discipline by pursuing LEED certification. Ms. Moore’s work has recently been featured in numerous publications, including Sources & Design and Arizona Foothills. She has impeccable drafting and technical skills, including a vast knowledge of AutoCAD. Ms. Moore has a sophisticated eye for design and the natural creativity to produce designs that are timeless, yet cutting edge. She also possesses an innate ability to stay organized and thorough in every aspect of a project, and her attention to detail is unmatched.

KRISTIN HAZEN
Ms. Hazen holds a BS in Interior Design from a combined program through Scottsdale Community College and Northern Arizona University. She has been with Est Est for over six years and has become a leading member of the design team. She has been the lead designer on numerous residential and commercial projects throughout the country. Ms. Hazen’s projects have been showcased in several local publications. She has exceptional skills in drafting and AutoCAD. Ms. Hazen fosters a natural eye for design, works well under deadlines, and has excellent communication skills. Her special combination of creativity, knowledge and organization provides her clientele and fellow professionals with a sense of confidence and well-earned respect.

HOLLY WRIGHT
Ms. Wright holds a BS in Interior Design through a combined program of Scottsdale Community College and Northern Arizona University. Ms. Wright has been a valued design member with Est Est, Inc. for five years. She provides leadership and partnership on numerous residential projects throughout Arizona. Ms. Wright has thorough organization, excellent follow through, impeccable drafting abilities, and in-depth AutoCAD knowledge and skills. She also regularly demonstrates the unique ability to take otherwise standard design elements, and turn them into something unique and inspiring. Ms. Wright communicates easily and effectively with her clients which, in turn, enables her to achieve the clients’ goals and expectations.

BIANCA OLSSON
Ms. Olsson holds Professional Certificate in Interior Design from Scottsdale Community College. She also holds a BA in Journalism & Mass Communication from Arizona State University. Ms. Olsson has been with Est Est, Inc. for over two years and has become a valued member of our design team. She is continuing to add to her industry knowledge by pursuing LEED certification. Ms. Olsson provides leadership and partnership on numerous residential projects throughout Arizona. She has excellent drafting, technical skills, creativity, work ethic, and organization. Ms. Olsson demonstrates a mature demeanor and sense of sophisticated style. Her innate ability to demonstrate diligence and attention to detail is praised and respected by not only her clients, but also by fellow professionals.

ALEX RHYAN, Warehouse Manager
Mr. Rhyan is our Warehouse Manager and has been with Est Est for over four years. As the Manager, he is in charge of receiving, inspecting, logging, storing, scheduling, and installation for the firm and our clients. He works very closely with the management team, designers, accounting, and clients to ensure that our installation and delivery process runs smoothly. Mr. Rhyan provides our designers and clients with outstanding organization skills, good communication, and wonderful customer service. The combination of his pleasing personality, willing attitude, and wide array of capabilities, make him a great asset to our staff and clientele.
KYLE HAZEN and JOHNNY GRENZ
Mr. Hazen and Mr. Grenz are essential members of our warehouse/installation crew. They both come to Est Est with experience in the installation and delivery field. Their experience and pleasing personalities combine to make them both a wonderful asset to our team and to our clients. They are regularly complimented on their overall professional demeanor, superior job performance, and ability to come up with solutions for some of even the most difficult installation challenges.
