The Fairway Lodge is a luxury condominium development, located on the beautiful golf course at the AZ Biltmore Hotel. The clubhouse at Fairway Lodge is a place where homeowners can go to relax, host a private a party, hold a business meeting, or just simply enjoy the large, cozy fireplace with a good book. The developers wanted to give the overall design of the space a warm contemporary atmosphere, while still staying true to the traditions of Frank Lloyd Wright and his beautiful architectural style. The large custom fireplace features the notable “Biltmore Block” as well as the stone Garden Sprites that are featured among the main entry doors. There is large, central lounge seating area flanked by multiple smaller conversation areas, which allow for many groups to interact at once. The custom booth seating, and the high, bistro-style tables in the kitchen area, allows for multiple functions and activities to take place in the clubhouse as well. The overall rich color scheme of copper, chocolate, charcoal gray, rust and eggplant gives this clubhouse a richness that is well deserving of this historic region of Arizona.
