Villa Volterra is a development planned for the old Rawhide site in North Scottsdale. We were heavily involved with the architects and developers working through the multiple floor plans on these 2 and 3 story luxury, multi-family condominiums and townhomes, totaling over 250 units. The team’s goal was to make this feel like an Italian escape, as if you were living in Volterra, Italy. With lush landscape, Italian inspired café’s and many beautiful fountains on the premises, the goal is to make Villa Volterra a place you’d never want to leave. The Sales Office (shown) was a challenge to design, purely based on the lack of space. We were able to create floor to ceiling, custom display cabinets to house all of the material selections that the development team wanted to showcase. We wanted to maximize the space, while creatively displaying the different materials throughout the space, thus giving potential buyers a true sense of what Villa Volterra was all about.
