Saguaro Estates was looking to have a model home that featured unlimited design elements in a Spanish Colonial design style. They wanted the model to be appealing and inspirational to the general public, and to serve as a profitable sales resource for the housing development. Our goal was to demonstrate to the public viewing the home that there are creative and unexpected design solutions that can be achieved by way of the application of finish materials, architectural details, and furnishings. To inspire the potential buyers, it was essential that we illustrate how each space can function by way of furniture placement throughout the home, to give them a better understanding of how each space can be used.
