Located in the East Valley, this Commercial Office Building was designed to replicate a residential environment while using unique finish materials and color selections to communicate their corporate identity and brand. The primary goal of this office space was to provide the client with an environmental “prototype” in which could be used as a selling tool to potential buyers of similar spaces. We designed a dynamic entry using high contrast materials to make a memorable first impression. At the same time, we utilized residential products to create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere that was aesthetically pleasing, yet functional in every aspect to the individuals working in the space.
